“It always seems impossible until it’s done.”
This motivational line “It always seems impossible until it is done.” was said by the great leader Nelson Mandela. Nelson Mandela was the first black president of South Africa who won the Nobel prize for peace for his lead role in the transition from apartheid to a multiracial democracy.
So what does this quote mean?
From my own experience let me tell you, before attempting certain things for the first time in my life I sometimes think that this can’t be done by me, but believe me this plain thought is a failure in itself. When we already develop a mindset that this can’t be done by us then already a part of the brain shuts down, without working out the possibilities. There is this one-tracked mind that fears to try, even if it tries then again there is a fear of losing and the outcome is- Failure.
Now when you attempt something with full determination (be it climbing the Mt Everest) there still is a slight possibility of failure in there too but the courage to try will always be there. There is a strong sense to make things happen and this strong determination will at least lead you near your goal. Even if you lose, you will keep trying until you achieve that goal of yours.
Make things happen by being determined in your approach. A positive approach towards life will always lead you to somewhere meaningful.
Signing off, leaving these thoughts with you to ponder upon.
